Agriculex BCS-2: Bulk Corn Sheller

      The Agriculex Bulk Corn sheller is specially designed to provide the capability of continuously  shelling with minimum seed damage. The shelling mechanism consists of a shaft set, a trunk consisted of two half circular cylinders covered by rubber and a seed collecting channel placed on the bottom of the trunk. Eight pieces rubber_covered paddles are arranged around and along the shaft with designated axial angle. When the shaft set is rotating, it will produce two actions. One is the bulk ears of corn to be pushed forth with rotating in the trunk, other is the bulk ears of corn are hit by paddles and the surfaces of the trunk.  The kernels apart from corn ear  fall down to the seed collecting channel via a perforated  plate meanwhile the cobs will be pushed to the outlet
